Hot, Flat, and Crowded Summary
Just over a year ago, "Hot, Flat and Crowded" was published in hardback. The book was an argument for why America's taking the lead in the green revolution was the ideal way to reinvigorate our economy and innovation engines, restore America's global leadership and help the planet at the same time.
The book came out, alas, in the teeth of the financial crisis. With all that in mind, Friedman sets out the clean-technology breakthroughs we, and the world, will need; he shows that the ET Energy Technology revolution will be both transformative and disruptive; and he explains why America must lead this revolution—with the first Green President and a Green New Deal, spurred by the Greenest Generation. Hot, Flat, and Crowded is classic Thomas L.

Though a fake story, like many in The Onion it actually spoke some essential truths:. How can anyone have a need for such useless [crap]? So wasteful and contemptible.
